Our sister company, The Employment Connection, Inc. (formerly
known as Payroll Principals), was established in 1990 to enhance our ability to place qualified applicants in Construction &
Industrial positions and to provide a complete payrolling service for our clients. The corporate name, The Employment
Connection, began being used in September 2004 as to avoid the confusion that we "only" do payroll. We are your link
to qualified applicants and exciting new jobs!
Our quaint office is located in the heart of historic Rifle, Colorado. To get to our office, simply
exit off of I-70 at the Rifle Exit, take a right at the stop sign, remain in your right-hand lane and turn right on 3rd Street,
which is the second stop light. We are located on the right-hand side of the street inside the Midland Building on the
first floor. Please walk straight back to Suite 101 so that we may assist you with your employment and/or staffing needs.

Our companies specialize in Temporary,
Temp-to-Hire and Career Placements for Office/Professional, Construction/Industrial, Information Technology
(IT) and positions that require a security clearance. We help alleviate the hassle of going through endless applications
by pre-screening and testing applicants to fit our clients' specific needs. The option of Temp-to-Hire offers the client and
the applicant the opportunity to "try before you buy" thus ensuring that a match is made, prior to either side making an employment
commitment.
We also offer the service of Payrolling, in which we are the "employer of record" and responsible
for workers' compensation insurance and claims management, unemployment insurance and claims management, payroll taxes, W2s,
government reporting, dishonesty bond coverage and garnishments. This service eliminates administrative staffing headaches,
although the client ultimately has control over hiring/firing employees, setting wage rates and hours worked.

Most Clients, in which we place applicants with, have
their own compensation and benefit packages that are explained in detail at the time of interview. There are no health
benefits available for temporary workers through us directly. However, we offer Free Computer Tutorials on all
the latest software and referral bonuses for all our employees. The general public may also take advantage of the
computer tutorial service at a very reasonable fee per hour.
